About The Building Society
The Building Society - a collaborative coworking space in central London to inspire ideas and action across the built environment.
Understanding how to design to create a circular economy is key in the built environment’s bid to achieve net zero. We have a real opportunity to do more as an industry to improve the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of projects by increasing the reuse of resources while reducing the amount of waste.
In our free, online Bitesize BIM series, Steve Faulkner from Elliott Wood will explain how to use BIM to design for a circular economy, showcasing examples from recent projects and research. This session will focus on designing with sustainability and deconstruction in mind.
