You are invited to join a small group of experienced professionals in a series of workshops to explore the Gestalt approach to Organisation Development.

The Masterclass offers a unique opportunity to work with other experienced professionals to:

  • Develop exceptional self-awareness and personal insight
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of Gestalt concepts
  • Explore how to use Gestalt as a practical framework in OD
  • Gain skills in applying Gestalt through current, work-related action learning

The group is limited to 6 members to ensure that each has the time and focus to address individual and work related issues in some depth.

There are currently only two places still available

The group will meet for one day (1000-1700) at the Gestalt Centre 10 times a year starting on Friday 5th April and then monthly except July and August. Each event will work with the 3 main programme themes: Concepts, Personal work, Practice.

£2500 (self-funded)/£4500 (corporate)
