Urbano networking breakfasts have a strong track record of investigating issues and themes of relevance to businesses, especially SMEs, going back over 20 years. From the applications of technology, including AI, Blockchain, and BIM, to the changing functions and uses of the modern workplace, our events are used to bring a diverse audience together to discuss the issues, share information, and make valuable new connections.

With 3-4% of UK adults believed to have ADHD, no topic is currently under more discussion and no-one has done more to raise awareness of what it is to be a have ADHD as an adult business person than Alex Partridge.

Alex founded UNILAD and LADBible, social news sites which now have a following of 100 million people around the globe. A legal case over ownership in 2017 led to years of mental health issues and alcoholism until, aged 34, he was diagnosed with ADHD.

In his Number 1 podcast, ADHD Chatter, Alex discusses ADHD in adults with experts and fellow ADHDers. His book, coming out on January 16th, 2025, Now It All Makes Sense distils all his experiences and others into an all the most important need-to-knows on ADHD.

In conversation with Mark Herring, Urbano’s Connector-In-Chief, who also has ADHD, this event will be an open investigation of the challenges and opportunities it presents to those who live ADHD, along with the partners and employers of those with it.

"A cut above your average breakfast discussion, Mark is a punchy, warm and well-briefed host and his event guests offered a lively and stimulating conversation."
Christian May, Editor - CITY AM

This won’t be a linear conversation but should contain valuable insight for anyone who has or believes they may have ADHD. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and share their own experiences of how it affects their personal and business lives.

This event is kindly hosted by Urbano Members SAGAL GROUP at their Clerkenwell showrooms all attendees will enjoy pastries, yoghurts, fruit, tea and coffee.

As usual, this event will be facillitated by Urbano's Connector-In-Chief Mark Herring and there will be plenty of time to meet and connect with the speakers and other attendees.
