This course is for people who have a significant active interest and on-going experience in group facilitation. The focus will be on the process oriented aspects of work in groups and how to work with group dynamics effectively.
It is not primarily intended to offer particular “toolkits” for working with groups, but the emphasis will be on in-depth reflection on what you personally bring to the role of group leader/facilitator/consultant, with opportunities to explore and practice bringing an increase in awareness of your influence, capacities and areas for development.
It will provide a rich mix of professional development and opportunities for personal reflection and review.
It will be very helpful for people who are running groups; leading teams, managing development projects and consultants facilitating teams and organisational change. This may include: team leaders; managers; coaches; consultants; human resources professionals; counsellors; psychotherapists; psychologists; social workers.
