Urbano Olympic Networking Group

On July 27th, 2012, London hosts the biggest sporting event the capital has ever seen and Urbano wants to help to ensure its members make the most of the opportunities the Games offers, as well as help them prepare for the potential upheaval to the operations of their companies during the weeks of the Games themselves.

This Group is a online Urbano Networking Group and is designed to being together those who are responsible for their company's London Olympic Games promotions, organisation, operations, risk-management, PR, marketing, event management, HR, staff management and co-ordination.

The Group is pan-sector but features those from corporate hospitality and leisure (hotels, restaurants, venues, bars, clubs) and companies from different sectors who are either looking to make the most from a promotional point-of-view or are facing challenges to their operations, staff travel and other potential risks to their business.

Members of this Urbano Networking Group will be able to exchange information, pass on the latest forecasts, useful numbers and links, make introductions to one another and find answers to their questions.

Members can publicise their own Olympic-related events and it is hoped that there will also be informal events for members and associates of this room.
