What or who triggered you today?  What are you avoiding thinking about?  Why?  How do you feel about achieving calmness on demand or improved concentration?  All of the above involves taking control of your own mind.  Very easy to say, harder to do.

A meta-analysis study points out that resilient people have something akin to a Bullet proof mindset.   I call that being able to roll with the punches.

In work and life, it is standard practice to deal with successes and failures.  You could even say that this is how most individuals measure the outcomes of their lives.  Businesses appear to stand or fall on their ability to manage those two things.  What most empirical research is saying is that only the most Resilient survive; businesses, teams and people.

So how tooled up are you to build a bulletproof mindset?  When you are able to create useful mental habits that enable you to steer a successful path through challenge and disappointment, you are better able to recover quickly and morph in ways to achieve a new and more effective way of being in the world.
