Mindfulness training is one of the most effective means available for dealing with the stresses and strains of the modern business world and when managing busy people!

Steve Ward, who is a leading author and industry professional trainer in trading psychology and performance and who also was the consultant trading performance coach to BBC TV’s ‘Million Dollar Traders’ series.

Steve has over twenty years of teaching, training and coaching experience in performance psychology and has created a workshop designed for Executive Assistants in highly pressured roles, looking for new techniques in dealing with
high a level of workload and demanding colleagues.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a practice of focusing your attention on the present. It is an intentional state of mind that focuses on the sensations, thoughts and emotions occurring around you at that point in time.
