Celebrate the launch of Smörgåsbord at AVEQIA London!

This week, we are hosting a special event AVEQIA and we have a few places available for Urbano members and associates!

We are celebrating our Smörgåsbord launch on the 9th, 10th or 11th of April (between 12noon and 3pm).
 
We are opening to the public during the lunch hours to promote Swedish delicacies and we wish to invite you to enjoy a complimentary lunch on us. You are welcome to bring one of your colleagues with you.

Please let us know if you are available to attend by email and we will forward the formal invite. Also, please include the details of your guest  (full name and e-mail address).

Places are limited and on a first-come, first served basis!

Aveqia is the only Swedish Active Cooking venue in the City of London. Our launch will also introduce the acclaimed and award winning Swedish Chef Roland Persson, our ‘Guest Chef’, known internationally for his experience in luxury food having managed the famous French Restaurant in the Grand Hotel, Stockholm, who will be joining our AVEQIA chefs for the launch of our Smörgåsbord!

The AVEQIA Smörgåsbord is our modern take on the traditional Swedish open table delight comprising a collection of delicacies including Swedish mountain reindeer, gravlax and AVEQIA’s own recipe pickled herring to name few, having been carefully prepared, smoked, cured and perfectly balanced to ensure a taste sensation of sweetness, saltiness and sourness in trinity. This is complemented by a shot of Akuavits flavoured with fennel, anise and cumin.

The AVEQIA Smörgåsbord can be experienced by dining at our London City venue on St Bride Street, or enjoyed as a takeaway dish! We are also happy to assist in the off-site experience of the AVEQIA Smörgåsbord to local businesses within a half a mile radius so do make contact if you fancy a change from your average board meeting lunchtime fare!

AVEQIA London’s door is always open, and we welcome you to come and say “Hej” in the not too distant future!
