ENGAGING EMPLOYEES WITH BRAND AND CULTURE

WITH HAMISH PRINGLE

THE TALK
Understanding employees’ well-being and happiness can have serious benefits for organisations. Based upon work carried out for the Government Office of Science, Nic presents a dynamic model for organisational well-being that managers can easily understand. Evidence is cited from the latest research into positive psychology and systems theory about how enhancing well-being at work can improve not only the bottom line but also create a more resilient organisation.

PRESENTER
Hamish is an expert in the development and stewardship of corporate, product, and service brands. Formerly the Director General of the IPA, Hamish is now the Strategic Advisor to integrated creative communications agency, 23 Red. He is a Council member of the Advertising Standards Authority and the co-author/author of five successful business books.

ABOUT BRIDGETALKS
All of our Guest Speaker talks are about bringing in one expert at a time to lead the conversation. They are not there solely to present what they think on a subject, but rather to share their ideas and their stories on the matter with the BridgeTalks community. Guest Speakers are invited to discuss their topic at length with attendees, both during their Talk and afterwards at the BridgeTalks networking reception.

THE PRICE & URBANO OFFER
The first 5 people who contact me via email (sharn@insidebridge.com) will receive free tickets, with a discount of £5 off the regular ticket price (£30) for all other Urbano members by entering the code  URB at registration.
