AND ALISON ESSE, CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF THE STORYTELLERS

BridgeTalks is a lecture series designed to inspire business-minds on a variety of subjects relating to employee engagement, leadership and culture. THE DECEMBER TALK: CREATIVITY
‘Storytelling’ is a methodology and tool that allows businesses to implement organisation-wide change; it engages and aligns employees to drive culture and performance whilst drawing consumers into the brand identity and promise. In this BridgeTalks special two-talk event, Robert Pratten will discuss how storytelling can be used to engage customers with a brand, and Alison Esse will discuss how ‘storytelling’ can be used organisationally to drive change. While HR and Marketing are often considered separate areas of a business, in this BridgeTalk our two presenters will look at how storytelling can connect these two parts of the business in order to align employee and customer experience.
