DAY 1: EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & WORKPLACE CULTURE CONFERENCE
Hear from names such as BMW, Fitness First, Pizza Hut, BBC Worldwide, First Direct, TGI Friday's, Google, Lush, Eau Palm Beach, Home Group, Hungry House and Bacardi. Following a keynote address from Gallup, a panel discussion chaired by Paul Dolan (Professor of Behavioural Science, London School of Economics) will look at Creating a Happy and Engaged Modern Workplace, followed by streams including Employee Engagement and Talent Management.

DAY 2: HACKATHON 
In the hackathon, delegates will be divided into four working groups, where each team will explore happiness as an employee engagement strategy. This interactive, solutions-based workshop aims to give delegates practical strategies and take-aways that can be implemented back in the workplace. Delegates will be given a full briefing on a hypothetical company to which they introduce an employee engagement strategy that utilises happiness as its main focus. Following each team visiting the four expert rooms, they will work together to create a strategy that they believe will benefit their company. Teams will then present their strategy to the entire group at the end of the days.
