Enterprise Ireland - GetSetUK event

Enterprise Ireland is holding an event on Wednesday 22nd October in London called GetSetUK.

It is a one day workshop for Irish companies looking to develop or grow the UK market, providing practical advice on development and implementation of a UK market entry strategy.

30 will be attending companies attending from across all sectors.

The first part of the day is made up of presentations and workshops on value proposition, partnering, investment, social media etc.

The second part of the day - from 1pm to 4pm is made up mostly of one to one meetings with market experts.

We offer each of the Irish companies the opportunity to have a one-to-one 40 minute meeting with a UK market expert. Someone with a solid understanding of that company's target market in the UK.

In the meeting, the Irish company can talk through their planned approach, dynamics of the sector in the UK and get some feedback on their offer and its potential fit in the UK. Basically some guidance for them by someone who knows the space.

We are looking for up to four additional market experts each of whom would take one or two meetings with the following companies:

1. Ward Solutions - Ireland's largest dedicated Information Security company.  http://www.ward.ie/
Targeting Government, Public Sector, Finance, Insurance, Utilities, Higher Education and Research, Legal, Security (Defence, Policing) in Northern Ireland and then mainland UK.

2. Notrona. Security & telecare remote monitoring. http://www.alarmanager.com/services/

3. Rentview. Tenant management software. https://rentview.com/.  Looking to speak to someone who understand the Residential Letting industry

4. Team Horizon. Engineering solutions to manufacturing organisations. http://www.teamhorizon.ie/ An engineering company that deals primarily with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Supply expertise with regard to packaging, serialization, validation and lean process.

5. Lotusworks. Leading experts in commissioning, contract staffing, operations & maintenance, calibration, and automation. http://www.lotusworks.com/ie/ - Targeting pharma.
