The Chairman has a critical influence on a board’s style, composition, balance and performance.

This one day course provides an opportunity to review the chairman’s role in light of current legal requirements and good practice.

The workshop will help anyone considering the role of chairman and is particularly suited to aspiring or recently appointed chairs of unlisted or smaller listed companies.
