Futureboard HR would like to invite senior HR professionals within the Urbano network to this free event.  

We are delighted to welcome the engaging Lucy Adams to talks at the first of many of our thought leadership events in 2015.   Lucy has held Board level HR roles for over 10 years, most recently at the BBC and combines strategic and operational HR expertise.  She is passionate about putting the ‘human’ back into human resources.  Her talk challenges conventional approaches to HR, fresh thinking and associated need to increase the capability of the HR profession.   Lucy’s view is the so-called VUCA world that we live in means traditional HR practices will be insufficient to meet the new demands of business.  She suggest we develop new ways of delivering HR to meet these demands and will point to the latest thinking and practical examples to show how it might be done. In summary, the talk with cover:    

- The people implications of a VUCA world 

- Why traditional HR is broken 

- The three things we have to change
