Caroline Flanagan worked as an international finance lawyer in the City of London for 8 years before becoming an Accredited Coach in 2006. Frustrated that many brilliant women she knew felt they had to sacrifice their career if they wanted a family, Caroline made it her mission to reverse this trend, helping women to be better prepared for the challenges of working parenthood.
