• Explore the Business Model Canvas — a systematic approach to working with business models
• Learn about and apply a practical visual language to describe,challenge, and design business models.
• Appreciate powerful examples of business model innovation, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and social entrepreneurship ventures.
• Understanding how innovative business models can transform industries.
• Explore and prototype business models using design thinking and customer development to boost future growth
• Coming up with innotive business models with a design mindset
• Understand, Create and refine your Value Proposition the value proposition canvas
