To celebrate all things Spring we invite you to attend an exclusive Chambord Cocktails & Food Pairing hosted byUKbrand ambassador Frank McGivern.

Chambord liqueur is an infusion of the world’s finest raspberries, blackberries, and the exotic flavours of black raspberries, black currant,Madagascarvanilla and cognac. According to legend,Chambordliqueur was inspired by a luxurious raspberry liqueur produced for King Louis XIV during his visit to Chateau Chambord in the 17th Century. Today,Chambordcontinues to inspire cocktail and culinary creations around the world

During this uniqueeventguests will enjoy four different Chambord-based cocktails matched with tapas-style food specially prepared by McQueen’s head chef Jimmy Varon. The bespoke menu includes:

* Chambord Royale (Chambord & Prosecco) + Savoury Cones with Artichokes, Parmesan, White Truffle and Quince Jelly

* Mata Hari (Chambord, Bombay Sapphire, Campari, Dolin Chamberyzette strawberry vermouth and sage bitters) + Salmon Fish Cakes with Sautéed Spinach and Béarnaise Sauce

* La Belle Époque (Bacardi 8,Chambord, homemade thyme syrup, lime juice, Float Islay scotch whisky) + Smoke Duck, Artichoke and Truffle Micro Rocked Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

* Glamour (Chambord, cognac, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white) +EdibleSpringGarden with Physalis Bees, Blackberry Beetles and Strawberry Ladybirds
