Investing in to any market can often be daunting. Indeed the challenges of doing business in Africa can be unique. However, the rewards can be significant, especially if that market is entered into with appropriate local knowledge and advice.

This seminar will set out the dos and don'ts of:

• Entering into the African market place
• Setting up a permanent establishment
• Hiring and transferring employees and executive officers

The seminar, hosted by a panel comprising Chris Hughes (Chair) from Kingston Smith LLP and Peter Dachs, Celia Becker and Hanneke Farrand from ENS who will also discuss:

• Holding company structures for Africa, with a particular focus on South Africa and Mauritius
