The current marketplace for Property Finance

As 2014 unfolds there continues to be a renewed sense of optimism in the marketplace, with access to finance proving less restrictive and a number of initiatives in place to help boost property development. With activity and property prices increasing the amount of funding available for each project is regularly a restricting factor in proceeding with a project.

The Kingston Smith property team will be hosting a panel discussion with a cross section of property finance providers on the funding available to property developers, traders and investors in the current market place and their thoughts on future trends.
