The ILM Coach Practitioner Programme

Due to the success of our two previous Coach Practioner Programmes, we are looking to run a further ILM level 5 Coach Practioner Programme.

The first module will be held on the 7th - 8th November, at Wallacespace, Covent Garden.

The programme includes 4 one day workshops, half day supervision sessions and three written assignments.

The Programme will enable participants to: 

Understand and apply a wide range of coaching and mentoring theories and models

Develop effective coaching contracts and clear coaching boundaries

Develop good practice in formal and informal coaching

Plan, organise and evaluate workplace coaching sessions

Adapt their personal coaching style to meet the needs of their coachees

Evaluate the effectiveness of their company coaching programmes
