Introduction to Wine Tasting

South London Wine School present an evening for the novice wine fan! If you like wine but have never really been sure where to start when trying to learn more, then this is the perfect evening for you!

As part of the evening we will teach you how to taste wine like a pro, then discuss all you need to know about the basics of wine making while tasting 6 different delicious wines. Try whites from different countries, compare oaked and unoaked styles, then try reds from different varieties, and experience what difference the growing climate of a vine can make to the taste.

We will also try out some food and wine combinations, and talk about how to make the best matches when planning your meals.
