In view of the financial hardships that many companies in the construction industry are facing as a potential result of the COVID-19, not to mention the number of disputes arising from the pandemic, the Construction and Engineering team at Spencer West LLP is initially running a two-month pilot starting on Monday 22nd February.   The advice line is for any companies operating in the construction industry who wish to receive support and guidance in relation to any construction legal queries (such as procurement, contractual points and disputes).  If they wish to make use of the service then they can send an email to the following address: constructionteam@spencer-west.com with a contact telephone number and/or email address along with a brief description of their query. 

One of the partners in the construction team at Spencer West LLP will then pick up the query and will respond within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) to arrange a call which will be limited to around 20 – 30 minutes.
