About The Air Ambulance Service

The Air Ambulance Service is a helicopter emergency medical service in the Midlands and which also runs The Children's Air Ambulance.

Please come and join us for our fabulous 1940’s themed dinner and dance at the iconic Churchill War Rooms deep underground the corridors of power in Whitehall. We want you to dress in military uniform or 1940’s style suits and frocks and step back in time to the days of big band swing, lindy hop and war time spirit.  Dance the night away with some of our celebrity ambassadors and supporters and pose for your photo with our very own Winston Churchill lookalike.

The Churchill War Rooms provide a spectacular setting for you to forget your iPhone, laptop and emails for a night and drift back to days of sheer fun when the world can be forgotten for an evening.

Individual tickets are £125 + VAT (£150).

Tables of ten available at £1,250 + VAT (£1,500) – an invoice can be issued on request.

We are also offering a main sponsor package for £3,000 + vat which gives your company the prime table of ten with special celebrity guests available to join you if you so wish. Your name will be on the evening programme and if secured by 31st March, also on the poster below. A special commemorative poster signed by all guests will be presented to you on the night beautifully framed. You may also display banners and POS materials in the foyer and entrance.

Please feel free to forward this to any of your own contacts.
