We’ve all worked with people who we knew would become stars one day.

The waitress who wants to be a singer, the resting actor who does odd shifts behind the bar, the busboy whose jokes are better than his speed.

Sometimes they really do make it.

Madonna was a cloakroom attendant, Debbie Harry, Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani, Seal, Boy George, Jon Bon Jovi, and Diddy all waited tables.

Pope Francis was a bouncer in Buenos Aries before he started singing in Rome.

Every Monday we invite singers from the world of hospitality to take the stage and sing with our musicians.

We are offering a prize of a £100 bar tab each week and a £1000 cash to the winner of each 13 week heat.

The four quarterly winners will compete for a £5000 cash prize at the end of the year.

But most of all this is a great night out celebrating the talent and diversity of our teams.

This competition is only open to singers who currently work in the hospitality industry.

The competition will culminate with an award dinner where our four finalists will win supplier sponsored additional prizes.

Selected drinks will be available at £4 all night.
