Inappropriate Behaviour at Work

Thomas Mansfield's survey on offence in the workplace highlights some of the comments that workers are exposed to - comments like "You can't contribute. You're only 20!" 

 Inappropriate or offensive behaviour in your teams can drastically affect morale and performance...and more seriously may lead to claims of bullying and harassment. 

But help is at hand...

 Come and join like minded professionals in a session that will offer some practical, down to earth guidance on how to tackle such situations with confidence, and stop them escalating into a grievance or disciplinary procedure.

The session will be run by Stella Chandler of Focal Point Training and Meredith Hurst of Thomas Mansfield; both have extensive experience of advising clients in dealing with difficult behaviour at work.
