Construction law breakfast seminar & networking event - Building Safety Act

The Trowers & Hamlins' Projects and Construction team are hosting a seminar series of six sessions over the next 12 months exploring some of the key elements of construction law and the latest hot topics. The sessions will cover a wide range of topics including legislative updates, legal principles, practical drafting tips and insights into the latest market conditions.

In the first seminar in this series, John Forde and Isobel Moorhouse will be giving an overview of the scope of the recently introduced Building Safety legislation including the Building Safety Act 2022, including the major provisions as well as outlining the new regime for the design, construction and operation of “Higher Risk Buildings”.

The seminar will last approximately one hour and will begin and end with industry networking, a light breakfast and drinks.
