Construction law seminar: insurance on construction projects

A seminar series exploring recent developments in construction law where we offer practical tips and a guide to best practice on how to protect your commercial position and help minimise and resolve disputes on construction, engineering and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.

In the third seminar in this series, our guest speaker, Craig Charles of Marsh, will give an overview on the different insurance products available in the market to best cover the risks on your project.

Katie Parkinson, Managing Associate at Trowers & Hamins, will consider the issues that frequently arise when negotiating insurance provisions in your contracts. Katie will provide practical drafting tips and insights as well as the pitfalls to avoid.

Registration is at 4.30pm with the seminar beginning at 5.00pm. It will be followed by industry networking with drinks and nibbles.
