New family friendly law and good practice - webinar

In our first Trowers Tuesday session after the Easter break, we'll be turning to the incoming changes to family friendly law and good practice for employers.

April is always a busy time of year for people professionals and 2024 looks to be no different. 

A number of changes will come into force on 6 April 2024 including the introduction of carers leave and changes to the flexible working regime, preferential redundancy rights and paternity leave. Employers of the future need to be equipped with knowledge of the detail of these changes to ensure that their response and internal policies are robust and remain up to date and so that they can deal with employee requests and the new law confidently.
