In the fourth seminar in this series we will be exploring the pitfalls of payment notices under construction contracts and how to protect the right to payment and interest. April Baynes and Matt Friedlander will provide practical drafting tips and insights into the latest legal developments to help minimise the risk of non-payment and / or payment disputes on construction, engineering and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.
