About this Event

This free workshop will help small and medium sized developers to understand forthcoming changes to the Building Regulations Parts B, F & L (Fire & Environment). As an added bonus we welcome Dean Finnegan Business Coach who will help you to plan how your business can adjust to the challenges that the new financial year will bring. The event is aimed at small developers and house builders constructing new houses and flats in the London & Kent areas.

Part 1 will deal with the recent changes to Approved Document B of the Building Regulations as a result of the Hackitt report, and the proposed changes to Parts F & L as the Government set out their plans to address the Climate Emergency.
