My current interst is in how we can allow people to use more of their very unique brilliance in the workplace, without causing massive disruption to organisational structures.  I am a practitioner of an approach called Core Process which helps people find the thing that they are doing when they are alive and alight, at their very best, doing the thing they were put on the planet to do - in all aspects of their life.  The secret of happiness is to discover this - and then do more of it!

The trouble is, everyone has a unique Core Process, so incorporating everyone's CP into their work may present a challenge - but one worth exploring with HR professionals, I believe.
