Representative Profile

A former successful CEO and entrepreneur, Jeremy is now pursuing a portfolio career including non-executive, advisory roles and consultancy. His areas of speciality are in marketing services, particularly in the digital space, healthcare & life sciences, professional services, strategic development and turnarounds.

Jeremy is Non-Executive Chairman of Assembly Studios, a creative, international company delivering design, digital, image & motion to a broad spectrum of clients including Nike and Manchester Airport. He is also director of a successful property investment company, Surrey Property Solutions Ltd, which he has been running for 2 years. 

Jeremy was formerly CEO and owner of ScopeMedical, a marketing services provider to the international pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He led a management buy-in and management buy-out of the company, taking it from loss-making to the fastest growing company in the sector in seven years. During this time, he set up ScopeMedical Inc, a US company based in New Jersey. In 2010 he took the businesses to market and both were acquired by Huntsworth Plc in an £11m sale. 

Jeremy has completed the Non-Executive Director Diploma with the FT, which covers all aspects of the role from monitoring performance to risk management. He is keen to build a varied portfolio and is currently exploring opportunities arising from IP spinouts from universities, venture capital and other investing NED opportunities where his skill set will add value.

Jeremy lives with his young family in Surrey and enjoys football, cycling, snow boarding and squash.
