Paul has extensive experience across a wide range of businesses from growing, entrepreneurial businesses to international groups.

He has a particular expertise in the property and construction sector. Property clients include property investment vehicles, construction contractors and developers, serviced office operators and infrastructure clients.

Paul has developed a specialism within the Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) and Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) industry, acting on over 100+ such projects with a combined asset value of over £2 billion in sectors such as healthcare, schools, energy, housing, student accommodation and roads.

Paul has extensive experience in dealing with overseas interests where overseas auditors may be involved and has helped with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and other assurance projects such as financial due diligence, bank covenant reporting and rent turnover certification.

Paul’s primary aim is to be seen by his clients as a trusted adviser who has strong technical knowledge which he brings to bear in a commercially focused manner to offer pragmatic solutions to issues.
