Sally-Ann is an extremely accomplished and experienced HR professional, having cut her teeth in the highly pressurised environment of a global retail giant.

One of Sally-Ann’s greatest strengths is running team days and training sessions (she is the team’s “go to trainer”!).

As one of the directors of Reality HR, Sally-Ann is responsible for the day to day management of the business. Her natural gravitas and professionalism enable her to motivate, energise and inspire individuals, whilst not losing sight of the end goal. These skills make her a natural at understanding the team dynamics, motivating them and ensuring we always meet the client’s needs.
