About Helen
I have over 30 years experience in IT, Change Management, Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing and CRM.
During my career, I have designed, implemented and managed numerous complex projects for clients in both the private and public sectors located in the UK and overseas.
I am a highly skilled and capable leader, very credible at Board level interactions and highly successful in managing large teams delivering to exceptional operational standards.
I had my first business when I was 20. It was a newspaper distribution franchise and I worked long and antisocial hours. But it was great. It was my business and I was the boss. All the effort I put in was rewarded with good sales and profit. I was responsible for how well I did. I managed my sales, marketing and staff. I loved it.
