Kim oversees the Environment & Sustainability Team and implements sustainability and social performance strategies at BW, whilst also contributing to recruitment policies and assessments to promote a diverse workforce.

With a background in engineering, architecture and sustainability consultancy, as well as over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Kim is passionate about finding the best solutions to any environmental issue and isn’t afraid of a technical challenge.

When not at work or entertaining her kids, Kim is happiest in the studio or workshop, working on anything from printmaking and etching to silversmithing and glasswork.
