A Senior Associate at Rooks Rider Solicitors, Nicola specialises in Dispute Prevention and Resolution, advising on all aspects of real estate litigation for commercial and residential clients, encompassing a wide range of property disputes.

In relation to commercial property, Nicola acts on behalf of both landlords and tenants on matters such as breach of contract, forfeiture, trespass, lease renewal, rent reviews, insolvency and dilapidations.

In respect of residential property, whether acting for a landlord or a tenant, her work includes possession proceedings, the contentious side of lease extensions and freehold purchases, service-charge disputes, rent arrears, claims relating to beneficial interests, adverse possession, and insolvency issues.

Nicola’s aim is to resolve the issues in the most commercial and cost-effective way for her clients, whether through alternative dispute resolution, negotiation or, if necessary, litigation.

Nicola is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
