Representative Profile

Conexus Group invests in and develops commercial property, and as lawyers we fulfil an advisory role for others in the UK and abroad.

I am the founder of a property investment and development group, Conexus Group.  We have recently completed our first London commercial acquisition and are looking for similar projects for capital value less than £3m.

I am also an expert property development and construction lawyer.  I help clients finance, procure and deliver complex IT projects, real estate developments and transport/energy/telecoms infrastructure. I am based in London, although I frequently work on projects internationally.  I have worked on projects, small and large, the largest having a value of £12bn (total project value). I equally enjoy working on smaller projects.

I was one of the main lawyers helping the Olympic Delivery Authority to deliver the venues, Olympic Park and infrastructure in order to host the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
