Representative Profile

Chartered Quantity Surveyor and CDM Consultant with over 30 years experience on all types of construction projects (new build, extension, conversion and refurbishments), in all sectors (housing, retail, commercial & offices, restaurants & hospitality, hotels, education, health, industrial, etc) and all sizes from small projects to multi-million pound developments.

I have undertaken numerous roles including Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Bank Monitoring Surveyor.

I am a CDM Consultant, acting as Principal Designer or CDM Adviser to the Client, Principal Designer or Principal Contractor, and also carry out site H&S inspections.

I assist in dispute resolution either preparing claims for extensions of time and/or additional costs, or reviewing and analysing claims presented by others.

I am an Expert Witness and have been involved in Adjudications, Arbitrations and Litigation; acting for either party, or as Single Joint Expert.

I also present lectures to The Kent School of Architecture, University of Kent; as well as CPD seminars to clients and other consultants on Quantity Surveyng and CDM.
