Representative Profile

I have been coaching for over 20 years across a wide range of sectors. Starting with entrepreneurs and SMEs, over the years I have coached senior managementn teams, new leaders, start-ups, health and care professionals, social workers, teachers, investors and more recently have come back to working with entrepreneurs.

I aim to support people to get to the heart of the issue with an impactful yet playful coaching style.

I have extensive experience coaching people facing professional challenges and am often called in as a trouble-shooter to support transformation in individual and team performance.

Clients come away with new insights, clear vision, renewed confidence, motivation and sense of self, and a clear way forward.

I am passionate about making a difference to people and organisations. I created Lumination to make high quality coaching more widely available to those who might not otherwise have access to it.
