Representative Profile

Wendy is responsible for managing RCKa in terms of quality and policy standards, resourcing and finances; drawing on her experience and knowledge to implement tangible processes and procedures. Her skill lies in her ability to act as the client within the office, ensuring that deadlines and targets are met.

Wendy has over 25 years’ experience in delivering residential projects, and joined RCKa in 2012 as Operations Director. Prior to this she was Head of Business Development at Sprunt and Project Director at HTA Design where she worked for 12 years. She is a board member of Probus, a housing society which provides affordable rental accommodation for single professional women and recently finished a term as RIBA Vice President for Practice & Profession.
