I am an experienced Director of Health and Safety with a legal background. I have broad experience and an exceptional mix of skills, knowledge and attributes that I have used in driving, monitoring and improving health and safety management in various construction, building and refurbishment works, facilities maintenance, utilities and railway works. My extensive health and safety advisory, management, consultancy and CDM experience together with my practical skills, hands-on approach and eye for detail enable me to quickly discern, focus and prioritise issues that require an experienced and pragmatic approach to communicate and resolve; I will bring to the employer the confidence and assurance that their health, safety, quality and CDM management systems are in safe and experienced hands. I have a good level of experience working as Project Manager in many different sectors, delivering projects on time and within budget.

I am a Board Director and Shareholder at Ergro Group and active member of Senior Leadership Team looking at innovative ways to develop and evolve our business. Part of my role is also to review and advise on legal matters including Company Contracts, Employment Contracts and Human Resource issues.

I am a licensed railway auditor appointed by Achilles and have carried out numerous audits across the spectrum of construction activities, consultancies and sevice providers. I have assisted many companies in preparing railway management systems, with 100% pass rate.

I am appointed by Land Securities as Principal Designer for many projects in the South.
