About Antoine
Antoine is co-founder and managing partner of City of London law firm Spencer West LLP, business lawyers. He is an experienced businessman and is also CEO of Quant International, a developer constructor business.

As a lawyer and businessman, he assists owner-managed businesses in a variety of sectors (construction, engineering, fashion, fintech, media tech) on all manner of relevant legal issues, from company commercial matters, capital raising and sale of shares to handling commercial disputes.
Antoine has a sector focus on construction and engineering and technology. He has over 25 years' experience of handling construction and engineering related disputes. He advises contractors and sub-contractors on adjudication, court claims and arbitration. He also advises technology companies on suites of contracts.
BA (Oxon) First Class Honours. Solicitor. Solicitor Advocate. CEDR Accredited Mediator. Member of TeCSA, Adjudication Society and Society of Construction Law.
Personal Interests
Have my own development and construction company, Quant International Property Group. We are developing an internationally branded hotel in Ghana.
