Representative Profile

I am a skilled and versatile employment lawyer, with wide-ranging experience of advising businesses and individuals on all complex employment law related matters. I have over 20 years’ experience.

I advise businesses, ranging from a major PLC in the transport sector, to owner managed businesses on all employment law related matters, and the employment law aspects of commercial acquisitions and disposals.

Highlights of 2022: Representing and advising a national transport operator during threatened industrial action and pay dispute, and representing a London-based casino chain at an employment tribunal.

I also advise individuals including those at director and executive level, in complex claims specialising in discrimination, and whistleblowing. A highlight of 2022 was recovering a substantial amount for a client in the financial services sector. Clients value my plain talking, common sense, and empathetic approach to employment advice and disputes.

I am also an experienced tribunal advocate, and provide employment law training to clients and the wider business community.
