About Damian

I founded Sakura with the idea that many 'traditional' accountancy practices were not able to offer the commercial and practical advice that entrepreneurs and SME’s require for consistent growth of their business.

In particular, larger businesses are able to review their numbers and make the right decisions that impact the day to day quickly and effectively - so with some of the same tools, information and advice SMEs should be able to do the same !

 I have 25 years of experience working at a senior level in both privately owned and private equity backed international businesses 

   - resolving cashflow issues and forecasting to avoid them in the future

   - ensuring that the finanical information is available to make the RIGHT decision

   - assisting with planning for the growth of the business (& your own personal finances)

   - delivering business projects ie. systems, setup international offices, 'exit or sale' etc

OUr sectors tend generally to fall into Construcion (subcontractors), interior designers, architects, marketing agencies and legal or professional services firms.
