I am a Director at Pulse Consult, a project and development management company, working with clients and developers in central London.

I manage complex and high quality residential and commercial projects from the outset through planning, design, construction, completion and occupation. Recent projects include a large regeneration scheme in Southwark providing 700 new homes, Timber Square for Land Securities, and Bankside Yards for Native Land, a large mixed use scheme next to Blackfriars station.

My role extends to full development management taking responsibility for all aspects of the project, from my experience of the industry I understand how to control and manage the development process to substantially reduce the risks of delivering projects.

Specialties: Delivery of complex, high quality prime central London residential and commercial developments. Reducing the risks involved with this specialist type of development.
